Comet Update 7/11/21 – MAKE UP EQUIPMENT FITTING
Good Evening Comet Parents
The second and FINAL equipment fitting will be held at Spring Grove Park Garage @ 2102 Main St on TUESDAY 7/13/21 from 5 PM to 7 PM.
If you did NOT attend the first fitting on 7/6 OR you know of anyone still wanting to sign up the last minute, this is your chance to be fitted. Online registration will be closing Monday at midnight.
New players please bring a copy of your Birth Certificate.
Also during the fitting this past week on 7/6/21 we did not collect VOLUNTEER DEPOSITS per our program rules as we have in all past seasons.
Realizing this afterward, we feel it probably makes more sense not to go back and ask for further checks from everyone.
However, in continued best interest of the program we will use equipment deposits to serve two purposes going forward for both Volunteer fee and Equipment deposit.
We do not deposit the check but rather hold it all season. If you bring back all the equipment and satisfy your requirement for volunteer time based on players per family, you will recv your check back.
If one of both responsibilities are missed, we deposit the check to the program.
We’ve added a copy of the Volunteer Program letter as we do most years. It is also included on the website.
Because it is already beyond the first fitting, we will assume most want to volunteer (normal) and proceed as above. Those who opted out of volunteering at registration can disregard this.
If you cannot volunteer for anything, please let us know now and we will document your preference and move forward as stated above.
