Comet Update 6/23/20
Good Afternoon Comet Parents!
Just another brief update…
As most of you may have already heard, Illinois has announced moving in Phase 4 this upcoming Friday. Although this is closer to the ultimate goal, it’s still not where we need to be…but is certainly closer.
Most of Wisconsin is further along than us, except for Milwaukee County which has two of our leagues communities.
The league is still on track to hold a virtual league mtg on 7/1/20 (next Wed), and then a face to face mtg on 7/15/20.
We will continue to keep you updated with all or any significant updates.
As far as registration…we have 15 Flag players AND 89 tackle players registered thru today. Most teams have enough players or are close to having a rostered team (16) in SEYFA.
The Sixth and Eighth Grades will need some help. We’re still a ways out before our proposed starting date, but we certainly don’t want to come down to the wire and have to make difficult decisions.
So any help parents can offer is greatly appreciated.
– We will be using TeamSnap again so registrants must have a TeamSnap account.
– Fees will be charged at a later date once we know the 2020 season is moving forward.
If we start on time, the payment due date will be 8/3/20.
– Fees will be same as last year $343 for tackle and $80 for flag.
